Order Processing Time
All items are made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
Shipping time depends on your location and the nearest fulfillment center. Typical delivery estimates:
- USA & Canada: 3–7 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to customs, local holidays, or logistics issues beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected products. In some cases, free shipping may apply (e.g. promotions or bundle offers).
International Orders
We ship worldwide. Depending on your country, customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes may apply. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Multiple Items
Your items may ship separately if fulfilled by different Print Providers. You’ll receive separate tracking info in that case.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after dispatch, please contact us at ironlettuceprints@gmail.com. We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.
